So, if you are interested in an instrument for the first time, you must be asking... Where do I begin? 

To start this process, follow the steps below!

​#1: Pick an instrument (or 2) that interests you!
To help with this, 
​Let's look & listen to the instruments you can choose from! 
​Click "Instrument Demos" to see and hear each instrument!
*We recommend listening to each one and seeing which one you like best!*​
#2: Tell your parents/guardians that you're interested in an instrument! 
To get the conversation started, show them the demo video that made you interested in the instrument you like! 
#3:  Fill out the DYIMS Instrument Selection Survey Below! 
Click the blue button to let DYIMS know what instrument you want to play! This way, we can put you in our schedule and be ready for you in the fall!

#4: Reserve an Instrument! 
Parents/Guardians will want to explore options for renting an instrument.
